On this beautiful Sunday the Pho Queue team visited Pho Tran in the U district. Since school is out for summer, there was ample parking and no wait. Matt, Kevin, Eli, Tim, Rodney, and Jon all managed to eat their soup like grown ups, unlike me. I may have a problem. It seems like going without pho for a month should not make my hands tremble and cause so much sweat. Fortunately it was not captured on Kevin's 30+ year old film and sweet "portable" camera. What was captured was a pretty blue photo and Jon being beamed up all with the help of a little caustic gel. Speaking of caustic gel, Pho Tran has some delicious bubble tea which includes both tapioca AND jelly.
